- Customized Furniture & Joinery : During the interior fit-out, we customized each piece of furniture and joinery to suit the interior design theme, and met the brand's unique curvilinear requirements.

- MEP & Technical Integration : Easy and seamless integration of essential electrical and plumbing services so they won't be visible; in fact they blend well within the curved structural elements.
- Authority Approvals : Getting all the necessary approvals from the government bodies, local municipalities and development authorities. Before commencing the project, we made sure that all the designs met the strict safety standards and building codes of Latifa Tower.
