1 – PREPARATION & BRIEFING

2 – CONCEPT DESIGN
In this step, our team will create a concept based on the information gathered throughout the planning and briefing stage. You will have a comprehensive visual representation of your design at the end of this phase, including a budget for the fit-out work, furniture arrangements, multiple 3D models, and preliminary material specifications.
3 – SPECIAL COORDINATION
In this stage, we implement the agreed-upon design across the space, select actual finishes from actual samples, and provide a more comprehensive and up-to-date pricing plan for the fit-out activities.
4 – TECHNICAL DESIGN
At this point, our technical design team will provide the Issue For Construction pack (IFC), which will contain full layouts, FFE requirements, and drawings (or a BIM model, if necessary) to help the construction team complete the fit-out exactly as planned. We will also finish the cost plan for the fit-out work and prepare all necessary documentation for submission in order to secure building permits and necessary permissions.
